Hi, I’m Sara- a Holistic Counsellor, Mindfulness-Based Movement & Energetic Practitioner with a special interest in Mindfulness, Neurodiversity and Expressive Therapies.
As a neurodivergent individual myself, I am deeply committed to creating a safe and inclusive space where you feel truly seen, valued and understood. My approach is tailored to meet you where you are, empowering you to explore your inner world at your own pace. I balance empathy with accountability, ensuring that you feel supported while also being challenged to grow and evolve.
Currently, my research focuses on anxiety and high-functioning ASD/ADHD, exploring how mindfulness-based practices can foster meaningful and sustainable change.
I believe flexibility is essential when integrating effective solutions. Each person’s needs, preferences and capacities are unique and constantly evolving.
